Notes	Sept. 17, 1923 - Feb. 28, 2012 MISHAWAKA - Irven "I.C." Ernst, 88, of Mishawaka, formerly of Buchanan, passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 28, 2012, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. I.C. was born September 17, 1923, in Mishawaka, a son of the late August and Estella (Eutzler) Ernst. He served his country in the US Army during World War II from 1943 - 1945. I.C. was a retired tool maker. He was a member of the VFW in Buchanan. I.C. is survived by a sister, Loretta Curtis; nieces, Loretta Wasmuth, Estella Moore and Irene Gaylor; and nephews, Fred Flury and William Ernst. I.C. was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ramona (Green) Ernst; two sisters, Sara Jane Flury and Rose Lynn Panic; and four brothers, Chancy, E.J., George and Bruce Ernst.
