Boorom, aged 84, died Saturday, May 6, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dottie Grow, of Burnips. Mr. Boorom had been a resident of Barry county all of his life until he went to live with Mrs. Grow. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Grow of Burnips and Mrs. Flossie Newenhouse of Grand Rapids; one son, Floyd, of Battle Creek; seven grandchildren and seven great-grand-children. Funeral services were held at the Leonard chapel on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. J. R. Chrispell officiating. Interment in Riverside cemetery.
